Can I create my own?
Yes, but consider the time and costs involved. Experimenting with different methods and designs can take considerable effort.  To create this reusable dam that can be modified to suit most homes took over 2 months of experimenting and find the right material combinations to design and develop.

How soon will I get the plans?
Once payment is accepted, you can download the plans in PDF format. If you don’t already have a PDF viewer one can be downloaded to your device for free.

Must I stick to your designs?
No, you’re free to modify the designs as needed. Different regions may have unique architectural features, which may require modifying the designs to better protect your customers’ homes.

What’s my liability?
As long as you don’t guarantee the dams are breach-proof, your obligation is limited to ensuring the product is delivered in good working order.

Are Door Dams guaranteed to prevent water from entering a home?
No, nature is unpredictable, and there are too many variables beyond our control for anyone to make that statement and we provide a disclaimer for them to sign once an agreement to supply one has been made.
